    Recently we ordered 2 cartons of product from their display at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. We were told delivery would be 5-10days, but with the public holiday we allowed some extra time. Unsure who does their deliveries, but both cartons never arrived. With a phone call and an email on the same day, Michael was quick to look into to missing order. Same day reply, he sent a replacement order which now has been delivered. Whether it was a hiccup or the delivery went into the black hole, I'm not sure, but happy with the response to fix the problem. Now time to chill their wonderful product and enjoy it... Thanks for your help Michael
