  Contacted Telstra they said you need to go in store which is what I did. Whilst talking to this member of staff he doesn't seem to be giving any solutions.

  Was absolutely disgusted with the service I received. If 0 stars was an opinion I'd give it 0. Went in on my lunch break, yes I understand there would be a wait so I waited they had a room full of customers and only 2 workers with customers. When I finally got to speak to a worker at the computer he seemed more interested in his own phone checking his phone during loading screens (had to let him know when the loading screens were done so he'd proceed) he complained about the chairs and how uncomfortable they are, he was saying he was hungry, was easily distracted and kept talking to other workers about irrelevant stuff. Was very unprofessional, he even decided to google the weather on the computer right in front of me because he was curious whether it was going to rain or not. He was blunt, had disgusting body language (sluggish, restless, chewing of nails, etc) due to him being slow and distracted, made me late back to work. Meanwhile I watched another lady get the service of a life time by a well presented, bubbly guy. She got offered bottled water and the guy actually spoke to the customer about what she wanted.

  Have ordered 2 phones from here and dealt with Marco both times. Latest one arrived in a day or two. All my communications are handled by them and their service has been fantastic.

  Don't go here guys. These people have no idea who they work for no product knowledge and are just easily well paid!
