  My Wife and I always visit Irymple on the way from Ouyen into Mildura. We really miss Hailey now she's left, and haven't seen Kate for a while, both are great . The whole of the Staff are fantastic and friendly. Most know us by name, and, make our special Cappuccino's how we like them, without asking us. Can't ever remember a sour face

  Great staff good seating arrangement lots of parking plenty of papers to read if thats what your into a nice place to go to relax.

  Fast and people always friendly and food is fantastic most of the time. They rarely get your order wrong and always clean place to eat. They seem to care about their work

  Went here over the weekend. Actually recorded the conversations had from start to finish, glad I did because they got my order wrong, then tried to tell me I'd asked for something I hadn't. I ended up being here almost an hour just to get the food I originally ordered. Manager was the rudest thing I've ever come across. Her apology when she finally bought me the correct food out was below average, blaming the staff and all their mistakes for her frustration & attitude. Not good enough for someone in a management position. Both McDonalds in Mildura could do with some lessons in customer service. Never have I come across such bitchy attitudes in all the McDonalds stores I've visited around Australia.

  This is the second time I've contacted this store today. We drove through at 12:44pm and ordered, got home and order was completely wrong. Phoned up and spoke to young gentlemen and he took the order number and time and said they'd completely replace the meal and put my name in a book. Drove back about half an hour later and went I store with my receipt. Spoke to a young girl who when and got a young gentleman ( who was in charge of drive through) and I explained what had happened. He took the receipt and said they'd replace it. Stood there waiting with people coming and going, about 15 min later a young girl asked if I was being served explained to her what was going on and all I got was " I don't know anything about that!". Stood there for another 10min still no replacement meal so asked another young girl for my money back. She went to get someone and it happened to be the young guy whom I'd originally given my receipt to. He looked at me blankly and I said I still haven't been given my meal and it's been 25min!! Aonly responses I got was " aw in I'm drive through"!!! Gave me my money back and I left! ( and went across the road to KFC!!) NOT very unhappy with CustomerService!!
