    Stuck in the drive thru , hopefully they don't run out of chicken.. or buns..

    Haven't had KFC for a long time and unfortunately we now remember why. The KFC tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. Soggy and little taste. I must remember to taste check before leaving next time. Note 2 stars given, not 1, as the young lady serving was very pleasant.

    This restaurant is that of a preference due to the speed of service (SOS) and product quality. The staff are usually competent in their roles and always provide the customer with a receipt, however haven't mentioned the guest experience survey (GES). The customer service is of an adequate level, I'd suggest a focus on extended training.
