  This place is hell. They promise you work and when you arrive you just go on the list. But still have to pay top dollar for rent, living with up to 6 people in a room in really run down accommodation. They are rip off artists. Scum of the earth. Do not stay here.

  They have absolutely mastered the art of giving you just enough work to keep you there and pay your rent, but not enough for you to be able to leave with a good amount of money in your pocket.

  You get sacked from your job so the newbies can be given the more attractive jobs to lure them into a false sense of security. I was given a pretty good job at first, which was taken away from me and I was shouted at in the process. I know I wasn't sacked for doing a bad job because my boss bought myself and others beers for doing well and also gave us an extended break.

  Awful! All they care about is money. There are more people than jobs but as long as all their beds are full they don't care. I was strung a long for 6 weeks with the promise of work and did 8 days the whole time i was there. When I did work I was forced to pay 10 dollars per person for petrol even if it is only a 5 minute trip up the road and not allowed to travel in another backpackers car if they offered. If you are lucky enough to get a job you are completely disposable to the farmers so people would get fired for no reason and just replaced the next day by another backpacker. If you have a spare 6 months you might be able to get all our farm work done and rinse all our funds in the process.

  They do not have enough jobs for people living there. Most of the weeks they gave me work 3 days a week. Not enough for saving, and it would take ages to get your farm days. If possible, avoid that place.

  The hostel itself is by far the absolute worst I've ever and ever will stay in. Mold in rooms, cockroaches, mice and birds in the kitchens and bedrooms. Fridges were all vile.

  Spent there ca 2,5 months. When you want to leave, don't tell the owners, because you will lose your job. I told them on Monday, I was on the garlic work list for the next day. I was ready to go to work on tuesday morning. It was 5.40am when Lisa, on of the cleaners, banged on my door, waking up all of my other roommates. She asked if im going to leave on friday, I said yes. Her answer was that im not working today.

  There are other hostels out there. Do not be lured into this trap. Biggest regret I've had since getting to Australia.

  Worst hostel I’ve been after traveling one year in Australia. The owner didn’t want to give my bond back because I left one day earlier even when I’ve paid the extra day. Awful and bad people run the hostel. They tell you if you work hard with the oranges they will send you to better farms. All lies !! Scam hostel
