    Broke our carpet railing, and just glued it down LOL. Once they've got your money they don't want to hear your problems, like the glued down railing lifting up and cutting feet which they refuse to fix. (Bare in mind when you lay a new carpet you're supposed to put a NEW railing in, which they didn't). Revolting customer service from the manager 'Don'. This is definitely the place to go if you want crap service, and want to be made to feel stupid.
