  The doctor told me to come back in two days when my regular doctor was back on duty. I saw the doctor for less than four minutes, he did NOTHING yet they billed Medicare for the consultation! I felt this was wrong, so I contacted Medicare Fraud to confirm and yes, the doctor did the wrong thing! He (the clinic) is over servicing!

  Iv been going to TriStar for nearly two years iv got a great Dr there,I started after my Dr had to leave for treatment, i really like my gp in TriStar in Langtree,he's done alot for myself & my mum,I understand thers alot of drs there and its hard to find a good Dr in a small town but my Dr is great

  I was sent away on friday afternoon saying no appointments and told to call Saturday morning. I was calling from 0800 and on hold for 25 minutes still no one answered. Very poor effort

  So in short, these people like to make money at the expense of patient care and best practice in management.

  Medicare explained regardless of the doctor you see in a specific clinic, if its the same clinic you normally attend and your history is available, the treating doctor can not refuse to supply scripts and they should NOT be billing Medicare for a consultation where nothing was done!

  These people are only interested in making money and billing Medicare. My doctor (who works at this clinic) was away and I needed some scripts. I made an appointment to see another doctor. The doctor refused to supply me with the scripts despite my entire medical history being available, stating I "could" be doctor shopping. How on earth can one doctor shop in the same clinic?
