  Got told to call at 8:30 in the morning to get emergency appointment, after 4 days of getting told at 15seconds past 8:30am that their booked for the day. A new system needs to be put into place, there were people that had only walked in the one day and been seen as they knew people who work there. Names and appointments really need to be taken even for emergency appointments. First of all the favourtism needs to stop. Second of all, 30 mins should be spent taking phone calls then deciding who is in more of an emergency, then handing out numbers based on need.

  Have used SCHS for the last 3 years for both of my sons. Awesome services provided and healthcare professionals are amazing! Very helpful and in some ways have gone above and beyond to help us. Definitely recommend.
