    Little to compare with other shops in couches. Bloke who served didn't have a clue on floor stock price, mixing up 2k item with a 5k one. Friendly enough but smelt like a smoker due to finish for the day.

    I walked up and down rows legitimately looking for a product and despite having the radio station there advertising how good they were, not a single salesperson approached me. I finally went to one of them with a query about something else, and left disgusted. I went to their opposition where within a minute was guided by staff. I was happy assessing by myself and was spoken to with offers to help by 3 guys in as many minutes. Guess where I did my shopping. Many thanks Good Guys.

    Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place is always clean and well stocked. Never had a problem there. If you're looking for quality then this is the place to go

    Service was good. Had a faulty laptop that was bought at a different store and was swapped with no trouble. Josh was nice and helpful. The only problem was that I wasn't told the new laptop was in retail mode which ended up being a huge pain to reset to factory settings. Thats only a minor complaint, though.
