  Absolutely horrendous experience! I was promised a service when I hired a vehicle which was never provided after. Tried calling and was treated rudely and asked to call back. When I called back, I was treated even worse and was told that it was not their responsibility. I called back a third time and was told they would call me back which of course never happened.

  Customer service and the business practices for Budget Mildura has certainly lifted a few notches in the last few months. Thank you for the excellent customer service certainly makes my travel in and out of Mildura much easier when all flows smoothly starting on arrival at the airport.

  This place doesn't even deserve one star...seriously don't even know why those people over there get paid. A log would have been just as useful but much less rude.
