  Call 1 pm 11th st bakery 2 staff very busy most tables used , put our order in and we thought we would have to wait no more than 4 minutes we had our lunch. The staff were loverly smiling and said sorry about the wait i said what wait there was non.. three very happy customers

  Just had an amazing Pie and Pastie ( dine in ) washed down with Orange and Mango juice awesome .

  It might be a really good idea that whoever the owner is, should strongly encourage his two staff members at 11th ace shop and working at 2.30 pm on 22.3.16, not to argue about rosters and break times in front of customers waiting to be served. Pretty pathetic and they were lucky that customer didn't walk out and go somewhere else. Then service was unfriendly with pies and chips that had been probably warmed up day. Customer service in retail and hospitality must be number 1 at all times.

  So many yummy cakes although the lemon slice was not the best one i had ever had. It lacked the zesty lemon flavour.
