    Very poor value for money! A party here will cost close to $600 and it will be a stressful hour and a half. The staff are lovely but very inexperienced with children. There is a unserviceable sink upstairs in the party room. Highly problematic when serving kids a sponge cake with no candles or forks. There is no provision for kids being kids ie: no extra plates, cups, paper towel. Soft drink was included but we had no consultation about suitable beverages for 6 year olds. Children are not permitted to come and go from party room and facilities. On a very hot day the kids need water! I'm not sure what the role of a host is but I and the other parents there were left a little puzzled. To conclude I spent $600 on 1 hour of bounce, 5 dominos pizzas, a sponge cake, 2lts of soft drink and party bags with cheap sweets for 16 kids ......

    No signs saying open or closed, closed at 11 am on a public holiday on school holidays, kids wanna bounce early not at dinner time get yourself together people.

    It was good fun, if there were more sections that would be even better.

    This centre is fine for an hour Bounce but I would not recommend having a party here.
